- 7:30 am Coffee and Donuts in the Great Hal
- 7:30 to 8:30 am HOK Volunteer Check In for Name Tags
- 7:30 to 8:30 am HOK Project Leaders Check In for Project Packets
- 8:30 am Gather in Sanctuary for Rally and Blessing
- 8:45 am Disburse to Project Teams
- 9:00 am Dog Park, Winterize Car Check, Recycling, Health Fair, KBC Donation Distribution and Thank You Gifts Projects Begin
- 9:00 am Nursing Home Team leaves KBC for St. Agnes
- 9:30 to 10:00am Pet Blessing on KBC grounds
- 9:30 am All Other Events Begin
- 9:30 am Nursing Home Team arrives at St. Agnes 10341 Manchester Kirkwood, MO 63122
- 10:00 to 10:30 am Pet Blessing at KBC
- 1:00 pm Dog Park, Winterize Car Check, Recycling, Health Fair, KBC Donation Distribution and Thank You Gifts Projects End
- 1:30 pm All Other Events End
- 2:00 pm Battle of the Bands Begin
- 5:00 pm Battle of the Bands End
- 8:00 am NO 8 AM SERVICE
- 9:15 am Sunday School
- 10:30 am Combined Worship Service
- 11:45 pm Lunch served in the Great Hall (bring a side dish; church will provide chicken and drinks)
